Ordered something on line but not until I had paid i was i informed it would be available for collection in 5 days. Phone store and spoke to manager who was very helpful and said there was one in store and I could collect it. He was going to be out of store but would let deputy manager know. Arrived at store and introduced myself to older lady at till. She looked and treated me as if I was a total inconvenience. Ordered something from them, wasn't due to release until 13th October but received it on 6th October! World class
Bought 3 toys, all broken when we got them home and out of the box. Then went to return the items on Sunday when it says there open to find out there not. Absolute joke.
Some great bargains.
