We’ve been shopping at The Entertainer in the Mercury Shopping Centre, Romford for several years now for our daughter – and it’s always a great experience. The staff are consistently friendly, helpful, and patient, even when the store is busy or they’re clearly under pressure. They always take the time to answer questions and help us find what we’re looking for, which we really appreciate.
