I would be cautious of this company. They agreed to buy a property we were selling via another agent within a 2-3 month timeframe. After a month, we discovered they had moved the deal on to another buyer who had very little experience (if any) of buying investment property. They didn’t inform us of this until the new buyer wanted to do a viewing. The new buyer has now withdrawn from the sales process so a lot of time wasted. I had a great experience working with The Empire Property Group from start to finish. They were highly professional and knowledgeable in all aspects of the process.
