Ordered an electronic bike, got a confrontation number email and that was it. The contact support email, phone number, does not exist and the address pulls up an old run down building! THIS IS A TOTAL SCAM!! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!
Bought a dualtron victor luxury and within the first month the front motor doesn't work at all unless the I turn the scooter to the right! I've tried contacting this company via phone which led to nothing at all because it takes you through to answer machine and then with emails well its been like 3 weeks and not one reply even though they state it will take 1 to 2 days for a reply!! That's 2.1k down the drain and nothings still been done!
