Unfortunate they don’t reference the fact they have a separate ‘in-store returns policy’ on their website, as there is no mention of the returns policy online only being valid for purchases made online. Would alternatively be helpful for this to be made aware to the customer at the point of purchase at checkouts.

I’ve walked past this shop quite a few times over the years but had never been inside, until yesterday! Wow what an amazing shop!! It has an eclectic mix of jewellery, crystals and home decor! Myself and my daughter bought a necklace each, the owner was so friendly and helpful! Thank you! We will be back :)
Absolute scam, charged 118 pound for two rings, one of which had a 6.50 price tag on! Went back to question the price only to be told no refunds and that the rings were stainless steel, hence the price. Rings have been checked and they aren't stainless steel at all - and turned my finger green within an hour of wearing it.
