Dear future potential tenants, please disreguard the review submitted by ERIKA GARZA (if that's even a real name). It is quite obvious that she DOES NOT live at the Duke and may have just been paid herself to write a "negative" review as she assumed of the tenants that had great reviews of the Duke BECAUSE THEY ACTUALLY LIVE HERE! I absolutely love not only being a member of the staff, but also a resident of our community. When you have people who love their job and what they do it shows at work and residents aren't just residents anymore, they are considered friends and some like family. And we always say here at The Duke that friends and family make the best neighbors <3
When it comes to taking care of your tenant they do not do a good job about it. Air condition problems and structural issues on inside of apartments. It hits real close to home. Just saying.
