Sadly we had to move from the Duke apartment due to Alcoa shutting down, but while living there we absolutely LOVED every minute of it! The staff are incredible and the when ever maintenance needed to be done they were always right on it! Inside the apartments are super nice with top of the line appliances and the pool is BEAUTIFUL! We took the time to look at every apartment in town and we were 100% satisfied with the Duke!
Moved in a little over 2 weeks ago, and we absolutely love it! Great location, super quiet, and love the easy access to everything! Tyler did such a great job helping us out! Couldn't have asked for any more help than he gave! Thank you!
Best place in Victoria! Staff provides professional and friendly service! I love the fact that they leave an invoice for services provided in my place! They keep grounds CLEAN and the trash pickup is timely and consistent! Need a safe and "sane" place to live, exercise and enjoy life after work? The Duke is that place!
I'd like to thank the staff at The Duke Apartments for working with me and Victoria ISD Transportation in resolving pick and drop off issue with our children. Thank you for your concern in the safety of our kids
I absolutely love living at the Duke. The staff is awesome and very friendly. The apartments are very nice and the gym has everything you need. I plan on living here for quite a while. My only frustration is how long it takes maintenance to get around to fixing things but I think that is because there are so many units and not enough maintenance workers. Sincerely, Amber Ward
I love living here. You won't find a place that is as nice nor in the perfect distance from mall, restaurants, movies and still quietly tucked away from busy parts of town. The staff is extremely helpful and prompt with the residents needs. The layouts are very nice and you don't feel cramped into a small apartment like other places. I made the right choice choosing to live here and if you are interested in finding a great place to live, I highly recommend you stopping by for a tour.
