Lived here for a little over a year. Customer service is great and the apartments are nice inside. Only complaint is that our neighbors were noisy every day and the hallway/stairwells are not kept. Overall, definitely recommend this apartment complex!
I would highly recommend these apartments to anyone looking in Victoria. The apartments are extremely nice and live up to their claims of luxury, but above all the customer service is unparalleled.
The Duke Apartments are GORGEOUS and the Amenities are Fantastic! Beautiful pool, complimentary coffee bar, awesome gym WITH yoga room! Can't get much better then that. One of the nicest communities I have seen!
RecommendedWe lived at The Duke until buying our home. We really loved living there. You could always tell Courtney, Leighton, and Kim genuinely cared about us. We will certainly miss them!
The work environment is great and the office staff and maintenance team do a great job keeping everyone happy
My family and I have lived here for 2 years and we haven’t had one problem, I have absolutely LOVED living here! I don’t worry about a thing. The office staff treat you like family right from the start too.
I had the best experience living at the Duke. The staff was amazing and made my application experience super easy. I definitely recommend if your looking for a luxurious and very affordable place to feel safe... then the Duke it is. Shout out to Courtney for all of her help with my stay.
I have lived in the Duke Community for a few months. I have had nothing but positive interactions with Kim, Courtney and Leighton. Anything that I have needed they have always been prompt in getting back to me. If I had an issue that needed to be resolved they always had opened communication and would let me know when they would be at the apartment to fix whatever needed to be fixed which hasn’t been a lot. This is my first apartment experience and I am so glad I chose this property. Thank you Kim and Courtney for a job well... read more
The management is horrible!! I do not recommend at all.
