Loved living here. Everyone always speaks to me whenever they see me. No problems or complaints. Maintenance workers have always been polite to me...... Moving out end of April. Have Peaceful Luxury 2 Bd 2Bath split floor plan balcony apartment Move-in Ready#5204. Enjoy your days or evenings overlooking the pond or park. Inquire at front office please. Don't miss this Outstanding apartment. Even if you'd like to Switch over to have more space. Inquire with front office about changing apartments. Ask for Tre or Roxy.
Beautiful building.. nice open space..lots of lighting, but management is young ,unexperienced, and some maintenence personal are rude and childish. The head maintenance man has been good so far..trying to fix a construction error that has caused a smelly back up of sewage in my apt. Which has been going on for a week now... But management doesn't not want to face the immature actions of another maintenance person. I am very disappointed that they continue to allow him,a representative of the company act like he does.

I love everything about The Duke! We have felt welcomed since day 1! The ladies in the office Tre,Roxy, and Cynthia have become a second family to us in our short time here. We love the central location and our dog enjoys the on site dog park! The apartments are clean and maintenance requests are always answered quickly. We love calling The Duke home. �
