GREAT POSITIVE atmosphere
The Duke Apartments by far have been my favorite. Very accommodating, peaceful, and just great customer service! If you ever need an apartment look no further, you've found your home away from home!
We loved living at the Duke until they switched owners. After that things never got fixed. Even when the dishwasher broke and flooded the kitchen and dining room it took three days to send someone. They also don't put your accurate bill on monthly statements and ended up over charging us claiming we didn't pay when we had.
When I first moved in I really like The Duke apartments, which was in 2016, but now I cannot wait until our lease is up. Everything now seems to be very unprofessional and they'll tell you one thing and do the complete opposite. I have issues in my apartment that have yet been resolved and this has been going on a little over 6 months now.
I don't understand why the balcony floors are wood and not concrete. We've been here a year and a half and we haven't really been able to enjoy our porch. If it's not cigarette ashes snowing down on you it's something stinky leaking all over your belongings.
