Great service, fixed our underground drain pipe. Very reasonable price and friendly service. Will go back to with any future issues.
My experience - great job getting it arranged and work was completed quickly. Later, Insurance's representative confirmed work was still needed. They came out and sorted the issue within 7 days of notifying. I can:t give 5 stars because the communication from the office was very inconsistent.
Awful communication. I had a drain survey completed 3 weeks ago. I had arranged this to be an urgent job as it was required for some building work. Chris the engineer was very friendly and rang to arrange the survey. However, since I have paid for the survey it has been impossible to get in contact with the company and I am yet to receive the report 3 weeks after paying for it. My experience - great job getting it arranged and work completed quickly. 3rd party confirmed they didn't do what they said, not did they fix the problem. Insurance is invalid. Communication from the office once paid (to arrange insurance) completely dropped off a cliff and having to take it legal. Took about a month to send CCTV pictures. Would strongly avoid. They confirmed to have massively overcharged for doing less, and the insurance company are having to come and correct it all properly.
