Arranged for a call out to inspect a drain, no-one turned up at the agreed time thus wasting half my day. Was rudely spoken to on the phone when I called them. Disgusting company - avoid

Great job getting it arranged and work completed quickly. Communication from the office once paid (to arrange insurance) completely dropped off a cliff and having to take it legal. Would strongly avoid.
