Excellent sports massage by Tammy. She is friendly, professional and super knowledgeable. I would highly recommend!
Tammy has been a life-saver since I met her a couple years ago - she used to be in competitive sport herself, which is why she is able to understand injuries and muscular issues with great ease. I always leave her clinic feeling like a new person! She also has great bedside manner, and is a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend!
Tammy is a brilliant therapist - she is always professional; she takes the time to understand my various aches and pains on any given day and asks questions the right questions to focus in on target areas. I find unique ways to break myself either through various exercise classes or a combination of netball and Thai boxing 🙈 and I always leave a session with Tammy feeling looser and more relaxed. Absolutely great massages by Tammy. I play sport and am an office worker which both cause me a lot of problems with tight and achy muscles. Tammy had really helped resolve these problems which, along with her great knowledge and advice, has helped me avoid injuries for the last few years! Could not ask for a better service.
Amazing back massage, released tense muscles from gym workouts and being hunched at desk at a desk all day. Also had tight achillies and calf, after one session felt so much better. Have recommended Tammy to my office colleagues and golf buddies.
