Initially I was sceptical of the 'cutting the DPF open' part of their process but after watching the videos on their Facebook page, I could clearly see the reasons why they do this and why it is part of their high quality service. I took my DPF, as removed from the car to this company for cleaning after another company wasted my time and diagnosed my DPF as being damaged.
