My nephew is suffering from chest pain and has had seizures he went to docs after AE said that is should be dealt with by doc who should arrange appointments with specialist yet this surgery refused to give any pain relief because he may become of addiction so he is suppose to just suffer and not get treated by doctors
Very good practice.
This morning I rang at 8.30am for an appointment for my husband. I was on the phone for 1hr 28minutes to be told they only have two doctors working today so try again tomorrow, although there will only be three doctors tomorrow. I thought by joining the ither surgeries this should make appointments easier to get as my husband doesn't mind who he sees. I feel really sorry for the receptionist as I expect she got a lot of agro but not from us.
