Really disappointing bedside manner, lack of compassion and poor knowledge of what to prescribe - we were told to buy the medicine when it is issued on NHS. We were also asked to book a separate appointment for something that was clearly related to the reason to attend. Just terrible….
Long winded and at 70 can’t do appointments on phone DO they care about O.A.P.s..

Would give 0 if I could, doctors are very nice and seem helpful however the receptionist and especially the person taking the calls is rude and couldn’t care less about my problems
worst doctors surgery ive ever attended also why is there only one NHS doctors in marlow with such a big population
