RecommendedErnesto from maintenance is very respectful.. whenever I make a work order he calls and always arrives at the time he says. He tells us all the information we need to know about the appliances. I give these apartments & maintenance a 5 star!!!

RecommendedWhat a bad time for my AC to freeze!! I called the office to submit an emergency request to have my AC fixed tonight and within 10 minutes, Ernesto called me and told me he was on his way! Not only was he quick to respond at 9pm on a Friday night, he made me feel great and made sure I didn't feel like a burden for having him come into work to help me. He did all that he could to help me by changing my AC filter, checked the unit outside, and gave his boss a call to get a second opinion. Though he is unable to fix the issue u... read more
RecommendedI absolutely love the District! The staff are prompt and amazing. The community is well-kept and when you need something from maintenance you don't have to wait long. I have renewed my lease twice and happy that I made the choice!
