They have been nothing but condescending and untruthful to us since we’ve moved in. Have tried countless times to take it in stride, but are choosing to leave simply because the office staff have been rude and unhelpful when we tried to get things in order for our finances. Also, curfew means nothing to them as we have upstairs neighbors who slam down on their floors up until midnight and despite countless emails, nothing is being done to rectify the situation. Would not recommend to anyone.
I lived here for about 3 years and was robbed twice. The cops suspected that the criminals were residents of the complex who were watching me. It was absolutely horrifying and management did nothing. Had the complex done something about the crime, I would have loved staying here longer. Even though it's a nice-looking place, it's not worth jeopardizing your safety.

RecommendedThis is a great place to live! The staff is very friendly and responsive (especially Charlotte). My maintenance requests are almost always taken care of that same day. I would definitely recommend St. Andrews as a place to reside.
