my first year of rent was good, when i went to renew the contract for another larger apartment, the apartment was not ready the day of the move. the neighbors on the top floor didn’t stop messing around and we complained several times and no one from “the district” did anything. we had to change apartments and when we went to change the apartment we were going to change it was not clean it had dog hair and a lot of crap from the last guests the crumpled appliances and unable to use ... unfortunately only complicated experien... read more
STAY VERY FAR AWAY from this place! Let me get started. I’ve lived here since July of 18 and just moved out on 12/29/2020. When I first moved in Southampton management company has these apartments. They were great and always nice and ready to serve you when you walked through the front door. They had security from 6pm to 6am, hallways were swept and mopped weekly and elevators were always clean. You could actually call the office and speak to someone. The worst property to move in! Vandalism, Theft of Property, Unkept grounds, illegal drug activity, and Burglary is what you will get if you move to this property!
The mail boxes have gotten broken into three times now and the office hasn’t told tenants of it at all. Unless you check your mail daily you won’t know. Your checks, IRS checks ect could have been taken and these idiots won’t even tell you about it.

They call it “the district” but you might as well call it “the projects” because those are the living conditions you will have to endure while paying “world-class living” prices. When their website said “world-class”, they must have been referring to living in a 3rd world country.
