we have been here for over 5 years. it continues to go down each year. the windows are thin so no matter where your apt is situated its noisy. late night parties happen at the pool year round. the trafiic can be heard at all hours of the night. there is no security on site but you can call an officer that might show up 1 1/2 to 2 hours after you call. the parking garages are littered with trash and stains from people walking their pets in there. the hallways usually smells like trash or pot. people hang out on the top of the... read more
RecommendedWe love The District! It is in a great location and the staff is wonderful. They are so welcoming and friendly. My maintenance requests were taken care of right away, and any concerns I have had have always been addressed and taken care of. We love the amenities here and we love living here! It is also very pet friendly and the property is well maintained.

I just renewed my lease with The District and I absolutely love it. It was recently owned by the company Monogram and it was terrible. They were so rude and there was no communication between the office and their residents. The new company is Venterra and they are amazing. Everyone in the office is so nice and helpful. Maintenance requests are answered immediately and of course the location is perfect.
I have lived here for over 4 years and love it. I love this place, it's close to everything and staff is awesome and they always do things for community. Also place is always clean and Amenities are great. fire alarms can go off anywhere....it's stupid idiot people who want to act like kids.
How long does it take for maintenance to answer an order that was placed on 8/29? So far the order that was placed has yet to be completed.....????
