SECOND TIME IN 7 DAYS THE FIRE ALARMS HAVE GONE OFF!!! June 3rd at 4am and now June 10th at 245am. We keep getting emails about it, but nothing is being done and we're STILL being woken up in the middle of the night. By all means, PLEASE tell us what happened this time and how it will be addressed. In the meantime, I'm going back to bed hoping I won't be woken up by the alarms...until next time. And yes....I notified corporate about this....again.
Please do something about the fire alarms! Sending a general email apologizing for the inconvenience does absolutely nothing. Security cameras, dye packs, SOMETHING. At least send out PRINTED notices to everyone as many people aren't going to pay any attention to an email (especially if it goes to their spam). The quality of living here is going down REALLY fast (even since I moved here in October) and it's a shame because it's a great property with great amenities.

Amazing staff, location, amenities & overall community! Been here 3+ years and wouldn't think of moving anywhere else! Neighbors are all friendly and we are walking distance from Walgreens.
Amazing location, great amenities, and the super friendly staff is the reason why I have been a resident at The District since they have opened. My concerns are always answered quickly and I have seen so much improvement this past year. Make sure to check them out if you are Apartment hunting.
