Appalling lack of response to our enquiry for a direct mail campaign. After 3 days of waiting for a response even after chasing them up twice still haven't received a return call. Based on this unfortunately, cannot recommend this company to anyone.
After a successful first campaign we have just booked in our second canvassing campaign with The Direct Mail Company. Katy has been a great help in both instances and we look forward to seeing further results.
We used The Direct Mail Company for our church Christmas invitations and they were exceptional. Handled everything from printing to distribution and followed up with really helpful data. Katie helped us and was professional and easy to work with. We will use them again in the future.
Abysmal. Once again I am leaving this Glowing Review for the Satisfaction I have received. . . (Not.) Sent in a box of envelopes to be mailed, weeks of no response. Currently not doing orders under 500 at a time. NOT on their website. So made a complaint then Miles replied saying i was trying to force him into it. Clearly dirty business attitude here making such accusations. Need to make it clear on their website and improve their attitude. Will be making mailings of 1500 a month but will use those who were there for me when I needed them. Dont use!
