Thanks Alan and Jay for a very smooth delivery. You placed my chairs exactly where I wanted them . Both men were polite, courteous and friendly. You are both a credit to your firm. Can I also add a huge thank you to Liz from the Ayr branch for organising the loan and speedy delivery of the dining room chairs until my own arrive next month .
We saw this company at their stand at the Grand Designs Live show in London. We picked out a couple of items we liked and after let the staff know we would be interested in buying. The made a bill, we paid it and they told us we would receive new furniture within a couple of weeks max. 10 days went by and there was no contact, I wrote and email to customer service and phoned their head office to find out what was happening.
