Extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience. I booked an appointment for a tooth extraction with this practice — a tooth that has been causing ongoing gum recession and was also part of a future Invisalign plan. I made multiple calls in advance (four, to be exact) to confirm that the extraction could definitely go ahead, as I was planning to get Invisalign elsewhere and agreed to pay the cosmetic/private price for this NHS appointment. I have got implants with dentist Michelle in February last year and spent nearly 4 grand . Then the teeth have fallen down recently. When I went back to ask fixing it she wanted charge me £38. I don’t understand why she would charge me again, as it is her responsibility to fix.
