told the girl I could feel her poking in my mouth on the inside of the tooth, she called for the doc but continued to poke and hurt me. I have never cried before at the dentist, I had to finally yell for her to stop. the doc finally came in and put more Novocain behind the tooth and then said I shouldn't have tried to sit thru the pain. I told him I told her to stop she wouldn't but no comment was made further. then she tries being nice and saying she didn't know it hurt me so much, what part didn't she get me crying, grip... read more
I love Dr. Pagani, she's so professional and caring. I never enjoyed going to the dentist, and Dr. Pagani has changed my point of view. The front desk staff is always welcoming and attentive. The best dental office I've ever visited.

exam was very good.. Cheerful attendant and happy friendly Doctor Fein. I had no fears.
Only suggestion for improvement is to start appointments on time. Patients make it a priority to be on time and you should also. To wait an extra 10 minutes in the waiting room is costing you money and an efficient business practice, and putting a burden on your patient.
THE DOCTORS, NURSES AND OTHER STAFF MEMBERS ARE LIKE A FAMILY TO ME. I HAVE NEVER BEEN TO A DENTAL OFFICE WITH THIS GREAT VIBE, POLITENESS, AND HARMONY. I WILL ALWAYS RECOMMEND THEM. THANKS TO MY INSURANCE CO. WHO SENT ME THERE. MY HUSBAND AND I ARE VERY HAPPY WITH THE DENTAL SERVICES. THEY EVEN TRY TO WORK WITH US FINANCIALLY, SINCE HE IS ON DISABILITY AND I AM RETIRED. WE COULD NOT ASK FOR BETTER.
I have been seeing Dr. Fein for the last few weeks. He removed my implants and did surgery to stop the infection that was caused by food getting under them. He and his staff made me feel very welcome and comfortable - in a professional and friendly way. I have recommended them to several of my friends and intend to continue visiting the DENTAL CARE GROUP for a long time.
Just had my second appointment wit Dr. Mars. He and his staff are both caring and attentive to my comfort. Dental visits were always a "white knuckle" experience. More visits to go, but the fear is gone. Thank you so much for having such wonderful staff...Lana, Miriam, Valerie, Veronica. You are the best!!
Another positive visit with Dr. Fein for followup towards my implant surgery. Thanks to Sandy who made me feel comfortable throughout the surgery. Kudos to the great staff!
