Staff is great and very well eye to detail.
How do I even begin my horrible experience. I am not one to leave negative comments but this deserves an entire booklet. For starters, I have been communicating with these people the last three days expressing that I wanted a simple cleaning(simple dental visit). I asked what I'd be charged , just to have those expectations set for myself. They told me nothing, that the insurance company covers it - mind you, this is what was told to me THREE times! 2015 year was a heartbroken year for me. I've been away for a year and I am back to continue the procedures that need to be done! Nice and friendly doctors and staff. Patience, compassion and understanding.... Always seen on time....no long wait.....Always a pleasure
VERY LITTLE WAITING TIME WHEN I SHOWED UP FOR MY APPOINTMENT. STAFF WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND THE DOCTOR EXPLAINED THE PROCEDURE VERY CLEAR. THE WORK WAS DONE QUICKLY AND THE CHARGES EXACTLY AS ESTIMATED.

Doctor Pagani has a lot of passion about her career she cares about her patients needs. Doctor's Pagani assistance was very attentive. The staff in the front desk are very efficiency I'm glad that the staff improved their customer services.
I am a first time patient and I must say my experience during my first time visit has been FANTASTIC!!!! The friendliness, professionalism and welcoming atmosphere by everyone in this office is exemplary. Today Claudia cleaned my teeth I appreciate her professionalism and feel she always goes the extra mile trying to improve my oral hygiene. She always is helpful informing me in procedures that need to be performed and acting as a go between with financial representative and my dentist.
