The receptionist working on Monday 31st March at 9am was very unfriendly and has a bad attitude, speaking with a dismissive tone and pulling a face like a slapped butt. You shouldn't be customer-facing unless you're prepared to be polite.
My son wouldnt allow usual dentist anywhere near him. Sadly he wouldnt let the dentist at the access centre near him either ao ended up having to jave anaesthetic at the hospital. But the staff at the centre were amazing with him. Putting him at easy.they were friendly and helpful and discussed dental hygiene with him. I cant understand the reviews saying they are rude and unhelpful we had quite the opposite experience from the receptionists, the assistants and the dentists.cant praise them highly enough

Lovely welcome to the service and the staff made my son feel relaxed and comforted.
Very unpleasant sadly company. Please avoid. Was referred to social after a missed appt and problem with my phone not recovering calls. I left 3 voicemails.Pushy dentists with no regard for parents . Were rude to my other children whilst at dentist. Will lier and over exaggerate a problem beyond belief. If you dont want a procedure done they will contact social and bully you into having treatment even small treatment. Very unprofessional and uncaring caused year of heartache and stress .
