Always friendly.. maybe managing different department is a stuggle for them
Shocking ! A member of staff from Hafon wen, took advantage of me, got sacked but I can’t go back there as they don’t want me telling other patients….. nearly a yr and well nothing ….. no detox all because I have a recording from the supposed Manageress….. you should be disgusted with yourself and as for closing ranks well that says it all
Bit of a rocky start with service provider seeming to have a bad day. Was quickly delt with by the manager who was understanding and calm.
