I am disappointed with the service I got! Asked for limbs to be removed and all they did was prune the tree. Called and complained and someone came out and told me that. They would be out in 3 weeks to correct the issue. No one has should up and I called again and had to leave a message with the operator and she said a manager would call me. And now another 3 weeks has passed.

I called Davey trees services at 11:00 am told **** ****** I was worried about two trees leaning over my house after the tornado went though ********* ******** the night before. **** had a crew out and the trees down in hours. Thanks ****

I have been a customer of Davey Tree Company for lawn and tree care for the past 7 years. The trees bloomed as usual this spring. Two weeks after their last treatment, we began to see a rapid decline. Its now June and I have 3 dead maple trees, 2 dying maple trees, 1 dying crepe myrtle tree, and 14 dead ligustrum bushes. We are only people in the neighborhood with tree or shrub damage. Only difference between us and the neighbors is Davey Tree Company.

Accolades to Davey Tree and the crew we had working on our trees this morning! So highly impressed w/the professionalism of the men, their knowledge, and quality of their work and cleanup! Would recruit them again in a heartbeat!

I 've had very good experiences working with Davey. The last work done was to cable a very tall Hickory and prune it. It was beautifully done and the crew were polite and friendly and left lawn impeccable .

Our apartment building hired Davey Tree Service to remove an ailing Garry Oak. The contract included: "Buck and leave wood in ?rewood lengths (14" rounds) stacked near the stump." The wood left behind was in much longer lengths and, rather than being stacked, was left ajumble - in the neighbour's garden, on the apartment building driveway. Representative stopped to give a quote on proposed work. Agreed to price and several weeks later received a call the crew would be out. When crew arrived spoke with leader and found my expectations matched his instructions. Crew went to work, completed project with no issues, asked if I was satisfied. Only request was to prune one additional limb which they took care of promptly. Crew cleaned up work site. Very satisfied with the work done.

They came to my home and chopped a Ficus tree which my family humbly gave ma as a house warming gift and chopped up another tree for no reason As I get older I appreciate that tree it remind me of my family I got the tree in a 4 inch pot now it was about 5 feet LOCATED IN MY PROPERTY They had no business in coming to my property and chopping down my tree I been nurturing that plant for 12 years Consumers need to be aware of DAVEY TREE
