Friendly staff but I needed to register for the gp and I was fine to wait 5 days as they told me it’s the usual waiting time, so now has been around 10 days and I’ve been chasing them with no results whatsoever, so I called them today just to find out that my registration form that I filled probably went to the rubbish because no one has been handed my form, thanks for making me wait for nothing

I’ve been a patient here for years and I have noticed a very recent decline in service mainly with the receptionists and admin representatives. They don’t seem to know what they are doing at all. My favourite receptionist here recently quit for “bad treatment” but would not expand on that. And recently I called for a blood pressure check and was told they were fully booked and told to go to their pharmacy for it. I called the pharmacy to find out that they no longer offer blood pressure checks. Then I called the GP again and... read more
