My sister has recently been admitted to The Dales after suffering a stroke. It is a very clean, comfortable and cosy place, the food is homemade and always has a good choice. The care she receives as been excellent. There isn't anything that is too much trouble. The carers are kind patient and have made my sister and our family so welcome.
My dad has been in care for a few years now. We tried other care homes. Some were unfriendly just upon the initial phone call enquiry. That wasn't the case with The Dale's. They couldn't do enough to make dad comfortable with initial home visits . And once he's been in his care has been exceptional. And on visits the staff always make you feel very welcome. Can't praise enough.
I have had my elderly Mother at The Dale's Residential Care Home for 2.5 years, in all that time, I can't fault the dedicated care given to my Mother's needs. The carers themselves give exception care and very tentative involvement in all aspects of my mother's life in the care home, it is indeed, a great comfort for our family to know how well our Mother is looked after so professionally. My mam has been in the Dales care home for just over 5 years now. I couldn't have chosen a better place for her. The staff are awesome. The residents are well occupied if they choose to. It is a warm and cosy place. I have had a few meals there the food is varied and good. Visitors are welcome anytime day and night. I couldn't fault the Dales on anything. 10/10.
The Dales has a lovely home from home atmosphere & is really comfortable for the residence. The staff are always welcoming & friendly & very helpful. As far as residential homes go you couldn't wish for anything better, very clean and always smells fresh.
