I'm sure hanging out here might be fun if you're completely hammered beyond all cognitive function. However, as far as employment goes... I would rather mine for diamonds in Sierra Leone than return here. Doing donkey shows in Tijuana, then scrubbing toilets afterwards with my own toothbrush would be a better job prospect than working in security at this eyesore of a casino again. My husband and I stayed here for 2 night, just got back. Customer service was excellent. Starting with registration, and the person took our luggage up to our room. The room was very clean and with a very modern decor, loved their bathroom. We ate at the D grill and had some of the best sandwiches. Our waiter, an tall older man was fantastic and gave us very good recommendations. We called maid service a few times and they were quick and friendly. This is the worst hotel ever! Horrible customer service. Our room wasn't available for us to check in when we got here (they said it wouldn't be ready until 3 hours AFTER check in time). That's after we'd been lied to by multiple front desk agents that it would be ready early and had been told to check back with the desk every hour for half the day, because they told us to. They refused to upgrade us to another room. We had to downgrade just to have a room on time. We then had to switch rooms the second night just to get the... read more

Very unprofessional, not helpful at all and after being charged 3 time for our room we are still arguing with management to get the money returned to us..... as if it wasour fault the front screwed up. will never never spend a single dollar there again.
