Fixed my bike in 5 minutes after I turned up. Great service. Also had a nice cafe with great cake.
I don't normally leave reviews, however, The Cycle Collective were absolutely amazing. A friendly, professionalshop and very welcoming. I had the pleasure of meeting both Stefan and Jamie and they could not have been more helpful. Impressiveshop with outstanding service for mybike fitting. Great team. I ground into Dorking stuck in the smallest cog on the cassette. Although it was closing time I was graciously offered a quick cable reconnection while I waited. I rather cheekily mumbled that re-indexing might be good too.. 10 minutes later the bike came back with the cable reconnected, gears indexed, a slightly bent derailleur hanger re-aligned, and the front mech cage tweaked into correct alignment too.
