I would like to say a big thank you to Jackie and the team from The cuckoo Lane surgery I'm not a regular visitor but Cuckoo Lane has been our family doctor for nearly 63 years I would like to thank Jackie personally for her professionalism and understanding of my current medical condition. Called the surgery today and spoke with Suganthy I’m extremely disappointed have spoken to her a few times and each time she has never been helpful at all and seems too say no to everything I asked ,never able to answer any of my question I understand the pressure working in a GP I’m a receptionist myself for the NHS there is meant to be some Compassion and kindness towards your patients, I asked why my medical records couldn’t be sent to the provider that was requesting with my consent she couldn’t answer and said Victoria ... read more
I had an appointment today with Nurse Emma Leigh-Johnson. I have seen her a couple of times and would like to say that she is a great Nurse, knowledgeable, but above all she always makes me feel at ease. The student Nurse with her today was also very empathetic. This is such an important attribute that a Nurse / Clinician should have when dealing with patients who can sometimes feel anxious in such care settings. Thank you Nurse Emma and Student Nurse. Keep up the good work ladies! Apologies for forgetting your name.
Been with them for 12 years but the quality of care has been terrible lately. Impossible to see a GP and they push you hard to fill an eConsult for a text message consultation that leaves you confused and with more questions than answers, it feels my health to them is just a “ticket” that they’re very desperate to click “resolved” on their systems and be done with rather than actually caring to help. It’s not good.
