Cheap Rent and Brain and his staff have always taken care of us when something was wrong. lots of parties but what else do you expect from a community full of college students.
Even since there has been new management, this complex looks so much better and new appliances have been put in which work so much better! The only complaint is that maintenance can be slow at times, but they end up getting the job done!
The new staff are WONDERFUL I've lived here 3 years and it's getting so much better! It's not as bad as people say it is and anytime i have a problem the staff fixes it as quick as possible!
This facility has its ups and downs as any other apartment complex, especially one for students. Anywhere you go that's for students you will experience bad parking and noise complaints.I personally like it here for the amount that I pay. Since the new management, it has gotten so much better. Continue to live at The Crown!

It has everything needed for an apartment. It's furnished, has good parking, and they've made some incredible renovations to benefit the residents, and are still working to make it better! I would highly recommend if you're looking for something that's furnished, close to campus, and affordable! The staff is super friendly and the maintenance is on top of all the requests you submit.
The Crown has grown by leaps and bounds. I am so impressed with the renovations that have occurred over the past year. Plus the staff, and management are amazing to work with and always willing to help out!
Good management & main office desk people! I enjoy living here at The Crown in the 2 bedrooms building.
