Seriously, you charge $116 late fee for moving out by 11am? So glad my son has left there but you still continue to charge fees.

I had to move into the Crown earlier than expected due to COVID-19, and the staff was so supportive and understanding! With everything going on, it is easy to be overwhelmed and under pressure. However, the staff has always been super helpful no matter what with specific guidelines set in place to make sure we stay healthy. It’s a great place!
The Crown's staff is very helpful and eager to help out residents. The apartment spaces are very nice, especially for the price. All maintenance requests that we have submitted have been taken care of quickly. And, there are almost no fees in addition to rent. Paying is a simple flat fee per month.
no one is informed of anything, apartments are nothing but water damage and broken appliances, parking rules are ridiculous considering i pay my base rent plus whatever fees they decide to throw on that month. wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemy.
Just needed to say what a joke the office manager is.....You was rude as hell an try to say that me &my friend was banned from.the property when you never have and that other manager who brings her kids to work.Unprofessiomable don't care how u look at it an riding by on Golf carts videoing us and our Vehicles is nothing but harassing us and other people People this place is. joke
it been awesome the rent is cheap there a huge pool there a 24 hour workout room and just today they had a pool party and was giving away prizes and this was the frist time I won the grand prize which was a Kroger 100 gift card
The people here at crow are so very nice here and will help you out best they can. Very nice place to live it's in good location you will love live here there is lots of places nearby to eat and do.
