I love it there, I’ve only had one problem with a leak in the kitchen from the sprinkler and maintenance came in there as soon as I put it in to fix it! I am glad I decided to renew my lease for the next year
The Crown Apartments have a very unethical visitor parking policy. You are only able to have visitors three times a month. Regardless if you stay the night or not. I reccomend for students to consider other complexes like the Hilltop Club or Midtown Apartments. Residents should not have to fear the unethical policies that the complex has enforced. Good luck trying to have study groups meet at your apartment!
I want to cancel my lease. Y'all leave me a notice talking about evicting me about noise. But don't explain when I was noisy nor what time. Never call me to ask what's going on. I BARELY BE AT THE DAMN place To make noise. Then y'all lie about free wifi...if I got purchase a router it ain't free to me.... Then y'all charge a full months rent when u don't live there for a month. I don't appreciate the unprofessionalism and one sidedness. I want my money back and to cancel my lease.
The staff is very friendly. Can't wait to move in this fall!
I have lived at The Crown for three months and so far I am happy with my decision. I did not know my roommates before I moved in, but the staff/roommate matching worked out really well. My unit was not fully remodeled due to my roommate having cats, but it is clean and came with a new toilet and mattress. Maintenance has been quick the few times I have needed them, and the internet is Netflix-approved! Although they are constantly improving the complex, it has never inconvenienced me.
