I would not recommend the Crookes Practice. The level of care needs to be improved and the customer service is a bit lacking. It is difficult to get appointments with the Doctor and there were comical issues with the phone this morning.
Never had a bad experience here unlike my prior GP practice. So all good, even reception! ;-) but special shout out to Dr McAnea who took time to review and adjust my meds the first time i saw him even though thats not why I went and to Dr Dennis who has just processed my urgent pre-holiday prescritpion request within an hour, the day after a bank holiday! Very efficient team. keep up the good work :-)
Great facility. Excellent work and duty of care from Dr Daniels.
