About this business
History of our building dates back to 1928. It started out as a feed and storage depot in the 20's. Supplies came by boat and rail. After that business, the building has been used as a Scotty's, Motorcycle repair shop, & Flea Market. The building was then abandoned for quite a few years. Then in 1998, it was rebuilt inside out and became a restaurant called Sunset Steakhouse. The top layer of roof was blown off in 2001 and the building and restaurant was sold. June 4, 2001 The Crazy Gator was opened by Beth and Steve Robin.

Food was delicious but it took forever to get and they were out of bacon!! Waitress did an ok job, polite but drinks were empty a lot! Very convenient to the lake, drive our boat right up to the dock!

Great food great service and great people cant wait till next time I'm in the area I'm stopping in.
Waitress was very nice there was 3 of us(2 adults and 1 child) we each ordered different meals. The wings were good the hamburger looked and tasted great, but when it came to the philly cheese steak sandwich it was better bad. The food took a long time to come out and I am thinking the sandwich sat while the other items were being prepared. It was few dried out and not even warm. Love the place but don't think I will be ordering that again.
Excellent meal and excellent service. Seated right away and ours meals came out within minutes. Our waitress Patricia did an excellent job in keeping our drinks filled and checking to see if anything else was needed. We will be going back.
The management is not worth a fuck, the bath room is nasty some of the help does not stay in there station. You have to wait 10 to 15 min. for a drink.but I like the 2 for 1 drafts
Always liked crazy Gator. Amazing server she was kind on top of her job only complaint was it seemed under staffed when I was there could have had one more server for service to be perfect. But enjoyed food and the great server.
