The Court deserves a much higher rating. I have never met a more kind, caring and empathetic, group of people in my life than the team at the court. My father was very happy there, he loved the staff and they loved him, it was very clear to see this. I was consulted and kept informed with every change in my dad's condition and care needs. The staff were always warm and friendly to him and all the family. Don’t be misled by the other reviews, our Dad was lucky enough to be cared for at The Court. He was always spotlessly clean, well cared for and safe. He had quite advanced vascular dementia and could be quite hard work however the staff were lovely with him. The management were quick to sort out any medical issues and kept us informed at all times. Visits could be difficult (due to Dad’s condition) but the staff knew instinctively when to leave us to deal with things or when to step in and assist. The home is in need of some... read more

Had to call in the police after sister was robbed by a member of staff used her credit card and stole £3500. Makes you wonder what else goes on . Avoid.
