After being failed by the NHS many times in my diagnosis for C-PTSD, PTSD and ongoing trauma over the past eight years, I finally felt heard and seen coming to this surgery. Fantastic doctors surgery. Reception staff are so nice. Very accommodating Doctors are really good.
I’ve waited for more than 1 hour as first in line on call, but they never picked up!!! I shouldnt have to wait this long just to confirm an appt. The receptionists are always so unprofessional and rude, it’s embarrassing. Their service has downgraded so bad, it’s unbelievable!
I would leave a 0 star review if it was possible! This surgery is the epitome of unprofessional, the receptionists have a HORRIBLE attitude, very condescending and clearly just unhappy with their sad little lives and are on a mission to make it everyone else’s issue. What is the point in being a receptionist in a doctors surgery if you do not care about the patients and your negligence may cause death. This place needs to be externally audited immediately.
