Absolutely the best. Receptionist yesterday (wednesday) afternoon and Dr Patel are wonderful. They helped me out after several phone calls for a meeting with my consultant at Preston has been cancelled regarding an appointment for me, Very understanding was both male receptionist when I explained what has gone on and needed to see Dr Patel for pain. The only gp surgery that has helped, lovely staff. Definitely would recommend going here
The opening times are not accurate, I rushed from work to register. Arrived before closing, and they are closed.
Has to be the worst surgery. Appointments have set time for when they call you. However we have been told appointment aren’t set times. They are general times meaning if you have a telephone appointment at 9am they can actually call you anytime during the day and still not be late. Never heard so much rubbish. If a phone appointment or a face-to-face appointment is booked in for a time it should be honoured. The surgery also shows a lack of ownership and accountability in the way they do business.
