Lovely choice of ocean creams and souvenirs
Surprised by the other reviews on here for this shop, we were served by a young lady who was very helpful. We bought a few gifts from here and the service was excellent. About 30 mins after buying we went back to see if we could exchange one of them for a different item and they were more than happy to help. Very good selection of gifts and other bits inside the shop.
Friendly staff and they don’t pester you like other shops and bought a jelly cat for £29.99 and in another store the same jellycat was £35.99 get great deals not just on jelly cats and we’ll be back to get more jellycat deals
The concept of customer service does not exist in this shop!!! I have never experienced such an attitude from an employee in a shop! Downright rude to the point of being demeaning without provocation!!! Truly Appalling. The owner of this shop needs be aware - it is just not acceptable for a member of the public to have to be treated in such a humiliating way. Will never buy from you again .. Zero stars!
Went in to pick up some last minute gifts left with nothing. There was a group of kids that i saw in the town earlier causing mischief (messing with store fronts and abusing passers by) that was in the store at the same time i was in. They may have something to do with an employee as one of kids gave them a hug. I think he was pretending to shoplift but still was strange i was in two minds to get hold of him or shout to put it back but not my place or my job. It is a gift shop not a creche for the local chav youths
