2.5 hours before we got outta there, one waiter in a section with 4 big parties, lucky the drinkbpitchers were next to us we helped our selves. Bus boys wiping tables with their hands, yes seriously their hands, everything they dropped they left on the floor or kicked it further under the table, hate to see what the kitchen does, I chose not to eat after seeing how the staff was. Sweat waiter wiping his forehead withbhus hand then serving the food, Place used to be good now it's more of a dive.

Our 22nd anniversary and I didn't want any culinary problems so, off to the Cooperage! Robert, our server, was great! Johnny on the spot and nothing overlooked. I had the sirloin ranchero, medium rare and you could cut it with a fork. Sue had the Cooperage sirloin, medium rare. Perfecto !!! See you next year, for sure!

Throughout the planning process, their catering manager, Cici, was knowledgeable and generous with her time. She provided valuable input on how best to design a cocktail hour and reception set-up that worked within our budget. She also assured us of their servers’ attention to responsible drinking at the event. All went smoothly on-site with a seamless transition from outd... read more

I ordered a sirloin steak medium rare. I received a medium well steak with tendons and fat throughout the cut. I sent this back. The server offered me shrimp instead of a new steak as it would be shorter wait. Seeing as they are a steak house and specialize in prime rib (which they were out of) and steaks, naturally I came for a steak; not seafood. I politely asked for a new steak and for it to come out medium rare as I had originally requested. *Mind you every meal you order...Continue Reading
