get rid of Jessica (bosses daughter) she was drunk and hanging on customer, for getting orders and not taking orders at other times. 8 was there for 3 hrs and saw/experienced a lot!!
The salad bar is the best ~ love it, our steaks were good but a little on the tough side and our waiter was awesome ~
I don’t recommend The Cooperage for meals. Earlier today, I had a manager lie to me about their Monte Christopher. My friend was served a toasted club sandwich with powered sugar on it. Two weeks ago, they served the correct Monte Cristo, dipped in batter and deep fried. Manager today lied and said they have served a toasted club sandwich for forty years now.
Wonderful salad and soup bar! Steak and Enchiladas were good.
Great food, as usual. My mom is in from Texas. She loved it!

Dont go there its hugely overpriced and waitresses dont want to be there probably because management doesnt pay well or are skimming off the top! you will be disappointed! !!😡
