Had Prime Rib, told them exactly how I wanted it cooked, it was exactly how I wanted it, didn’t have to keep sending it back, this place never disappoints me.

Great menu! Great Service! They have Disco and 80’s Old School Dancing from 7- 10 on some Friday’s! Call Ahead to find out the dates!
Our waitress was very rude and acted like she didn’t want to be at work so we talked to the manager and he kinda didn’t really care either. He offered to swap with her and he served us himself...it was just a weird vibe..the food isn’t that great either...not for what we paid! Won’t be going back...
My parents used to go on dates here. In fact, I think this is the place where they were actually set up. Flash forward years later... the whole family decided to go out for new year's eve dinner. Before we left, I told my mom that the food wouldn't be very good and that we wouldn't have a lot of fun. My mom told me I was being too pessimistic and we would still have fun. Service was good. Food had no taste. My brother ordered a salmon and i ordered a filet mignon; i never went to a restaurant that had no flavor until the cooperage. Two years i passed it and said, gotta try it one day. Bright side; service was good and the hostess was a cutie. Other than that; the food is not worth it.
Salsa dancing was fantastic, the live band was incredible and energetic, the sangria was smooth and sweet, the staff did an amazing job, was friendly, professional and prompt. The entire evening with fantastic people. We dance the night away we laughed we drank wine, we had music we made new friends. This was a great night to dress up and have a good time.
The salad bar is quite good, but I'm a stickler for ACCURACY. We brought two friends in today for lunch. I looked up the Cooperage webpage online and had a look at the menu before we met our friends. The salad bar had two prices listed: $10.25 and $10.95. We were handed menus which listed the price at $12.75. This is really bad business, folks. Your customers deserve to be properly informed.
