I recently got married and we had the Cooperage as our cater. Jim was absolutely amazing and so pleasant to work with. The food was outstanding too! Every single person from the wedding praised it! We had wooden oven baked pizza, pasta, salad, etc. Jim even contacted us the day after and asked how our night was. Totally recommend the Cooperage! Such a great business :)

We are in love with the prime rib here. It's EXCELLENT! Never have we found anyplace close to the cooperate. Service great. My favorite restaurant for prime rib. Mmmmmmmmm Goòooooòood!!!!!!!!

I love this place! Not only is it beautiful, but the salad bar is incredible and our dinners were to die for. We will definitely be back.
