Recommended( 1Complaint)...We always love the salad bar, several of the 10 in our group had fantastic Prime rib. We drove 1 1/2 hours to take Our Mom for her Birthday 🎁 Dinner, food was great~ until the bill arrived. Disclosure on the 18% Gratuity, for a big group-was just fine with us. Worst customer service ever. The manager on Saturday night was the worst. How he is working in a customer service establishment is crazy. The Cooperage obviously does not care about its customers
Very bad experience! Our food took an hour to come put, then our waitress didn’t come refill our drinks, or give us more bread! For those prices they better at least refill my tea! Oh by the way we were there on a Sunday evening it was not busy at all! Very bad waitress! I will never go there again!
They ruined Mother’s Day for my mother, all because I gave her my soup. And then I saw roaches on the table. My parents have been eating there for many years (they’re in their mid 90s). This was the last time.
