I have chosen CWF for two projects over the past year once for my local church and once for our church manse, both times the product has been spot on. I found the whole team courteous, friendly and professional from the first contact call to fitting, nothing seems to be too much Andrew has also done an amazing design for an add on to the front of our church, beautifully thought through to take into account our very old stone work. A professional company who really care about the customer. We contacted CWF along with two other firms to quote for an orangery extension to the bungalow we were purchasing. Nigel’s design was creative and showed he really ‘got’ us. CWF were happy to wait while we sorted our purchase and got ready, while the design was tweaked and finalised. Builders Ryan and Luke were friendly, tidy and pragmatic when it came to changes, and made some great suggestions for changes when needed. We got sick of constantly having to repaint our windows so opted to have them replaced by modern PVC units. From first call to talk to Ellen, to final fitting the whole experience has been very positive and you get the feeling you are dealing with a company that takes pride in what it does and cares about its customers. Recently had to have a new back door and children's safety windows fitted upstairs. Very impressed with the way my query was first handled, and the workman that completed the work were very courteous and professional. Workmanship was to a standard that was more than acceptable. We needed some fairly specific parts and CWF bailed us out. Sam and his team went to check the factory for us immediately and called us straight back. Super efficient and helpful. Thank you!!
