First reported need for a replacement window (for a conservatory they built for us) on February 16, 2023 and been chasing ever since. Eight messages left and constant promises of them being passed on. On one occasion a member of the team booked an appointment with us and turned up with the wrong sized replacement!! Hopeless.
After many attempts to get the leaks and damp repaired, still nothing done. We have now started legal proceedings, as the cost to repair is estimated to run into thousands. This could be in vain as government website shows this company hasn't provided any trading figures for 3 years. Beware if you are thinking of parting with your money with this company.
Ordered an 11 x 7 shed from The Conservatory Centre. It arrived slightly ahead of schedule and was erected next day. It’s appears to be of excellent quality and finish and was very competitively priced. Highly recommended.
Absolutely terrible after sales. My summerhouse had issues and they have not responded or fixed the issues nor fixed my gate that their workmen had damaged. I've been chasing for nearly 3 years and nothing.
