RecommendedPolo Club has been wonderful so far this semester! All of the workers and maintenance staff are super nice and have been eager to get any problems fixed as soon as possible. There’s always a welcoming environment when entering the clubhouse or approaching apartment events. Michael came within a day of my requested work order, and he was extremely friendly and fixed the minor problem. The entire staff is great and want the best experience for their tenants!
RecommendedI cannot recommend Polo Club enough!! This is my 3rd year here & it just gets better every year! We have the BEST staff from our maintenance team to the front office crew. Gabriel works in the front office & will have whatever you need out for you before you even have to ask! If you’re looking for a great location that feels safe & inviting, this is the place!
RecommendedI’ve only toured polo club But I fell in love. It’s so organized and offered a ton of amenities! The staff was great and they really care for their residents. I talked with McKenna and she was super informative!
RecommendedThe maintenance is amazing! David and Dustin came to Lexington Crossing (a sister property) to immediately clean out my air filters. They noticed I had a request to put in a new sink stopper. Later they came back and fixed my stopper and replaced the entire faucet! David and Dustin went way beyond what they needed to do, to make sure everything was working in our apartment.
RecommendedI had a maintenance problem in my bathroom, and it was fixed within a day! I put in the work order request Sunday night, and Neil came in to fix it Monday morning. He wore a mask and was able to quickly fix the problem :)
