RecommendedThe Enclave is, by far, the best apartment complex I’ve stayed at. I cannot imagine living anywhere else. The amenities are absolutely fantastic – the pool is cleaned daily, the basketball court is a HIT, the gym has an extensive variety of machines/equipment, the study rooms are quiet, the parking lot/stairs is well-lit at night and the printing/coffee lab is great! RecommendedStaff and maintenance are amazing. Only lived here a short time but I love it. Super convenient location, awesome amenities, and great community. Recommend the upgraded apartments with the wood vinyl flooring. Much cleaner feel and better deal compared to the standard version

RecommendedI’ve loved living here through the summer and this year! Maintenance always shows up the same day and everyone in the office is so helpful. Gabe is always there with a smile! The amenities are really great too, the pool is perfect in the summer time and on weekends. I’d recommend this place to anyone in Tallahassee who needs a place that’s pretty close to FSU! (and chipotle)
RecommendedThey have good amenities like the pool, gym and printing services. Internet service goes in and out. The upgraded are much better deal than the non upgraded.
